The team at Ebbett Volkswagen were honored to host students from several high schools and career advisors as part of the Automotive Bus Tour 2022 organised by MITO.
This was a great opportunity for us to talk about the changes in the industry in terms of HEV and PHEV vehicles and what this means for our automotive technicians and the skill set needed in order to still be relevant in the future.
Being able to give young students an insight into how our dealership works and what the contribution is from our technicians, parts and service advisors, is a great way to showcase the opportunities that are available when choosing a career in the automotive industry.
